When everyday things take more effort
An appointment forgotten despite your best intentions. An important email left unanswered. A task you understand, but cannot seem to begin. For a young person, it might be repeatedly losing schoolwork or struggling to follow instructions.
These difficulties can affect confidence, relationships, education, work and wellbeing. They deserve to be understood in context.
Why ADHDinSYNC exists
ADHDinSYNC was founded to make ADHD assessment and care easier to understand and access. We recognise that waiting for answers can be difficult—and that seeking help can itself involve the organisation, paperwork and follow-through someone is struggling with.
You do not need to have everything organised before asking us a question.
We provide virtual ADHD assessments, medication titration and ongoing care for young people and adults aged 7–65 across the UK, where clinically appropriate. We explain the process, prices and next steps clearly, so you can make informed decisions.
Understanding the whole picture
Looking beyond everyday difficulties
Everyday difficulties alone do not establish ADHD. Assessment considers your developmental and clinical history, symptoms, their impact across different settings, supporting information and other possible explanations.
Understanding your outcome
We discuss the findings and appropriate options with you, whether or not ADHD is diagnosed.
Assessment, treatment and ongoing care
Assessment
- Adults aged 18–65 and young people aged 7–17.
- Parent or carer involvement reflects needs, understanding and consent.
Treatment choices
- We discuss suitable options and your preferences.
- Medication is not appropriate for everyone.
Titration & ongoing care
- Review benefits, side effects and physical-health information.
- Follow-up reflects clinical need.
- Prices are explained before you decide.
Assessment, treatment and follow-up — full details
We provide virtual ADHD assessments for adults aged 18–65 and young people aged 7–17, with parent or carer involvement appropriate to the young person’s needs, understanding and consent.
Where ADHD is diagnosed, we discuss suitable treatment options and your preferences. Medication is not appropriate for everyone.
If medication is agreed, titration involves gradually adjusting treatment while reviewing benefits, side effects and physical-health information. Ongoing care is arranged according to clinical need, with prices explained before you decide.
