Step 1: Request an Assessment
Complete our assessment enquiry form or email info@adhdinsync.co.uk. You can enquire for yourself or a young person aged 7–17.
We check whether our service is suitable for your needs and explain any further information required. Please do not send medical reports or identity documents through the general enquiry form; we will explain how to provide them securely.
Step 2: Arrange and Confirm Your Booking
If our service is suitable, we offer an available virtual appointment and explain the price, what is included and the booking terms.
If you decide to proceed, we provide payment instructions. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received and we have confirmed the agreed appointment arrangements in writing. We then send confirmation and explain how to complete your preparation forms.
Step 3: Assessment and Next Steps
Your clinician explores your history, symptoms, daily functioning and supporting information. You receive a written report and a discussion of the findings, whether or not ADHD is diagnosed.
If ADHD is diagnosed, we discuss appropriate treatment options and your preferences. Medication titration and ongoing care are available where clinically appropriate, with prices explained before you decide.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment or commit you to payment.

Your questions, answered
Can I request an assessment now?
Yes. Send an enquiry using the form below. We check suitability, offer an appointment and explain prices and booking terms. Your appointment is confirmed after payment is received and the agreed arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Already diagnosed by another provider?
Contact us before booking. We review your diagnostic report and supporting information to decide whether we can support your care. Further information, a clinical review or reassessment may be needed. Overseas diagnoses are reviewed individually; reassessment is not automatic solely because the diagnosis was made outside the UK.
There is no separate charge for the initial document review. We explain further assessment and prices before you decide. Acceptance for care or prescribing is not guaranteed. Please do not send reports or identity documents through the general enquiry form.
Who are the appointments for?
Our UK-wide virtual service provides ADHD assessment and care for young people aged 7–17 and adults aged 18–65. We review suitability before booking.
How is ADHD assessed?
Your clinician explores your history, symptoms, daily functioning, relevant supporting information and other possible explanations. Questionnaires support assessment; they cannot establish a diagnosis alone. Further information or assessment may be needed.
Will my GP accept shared care?
Shared care requires your GP’s agreement and is not guaranteed. Before titration starts, we discuss future care, monitoring and costs. We proceed only when medication is clinically appropriate and either your GP has agreed in principle to shared care once you are stable, or you understand and agree to the costs of continuing privately.
If shared care is declined or withdrawn, we can discuss continued private care where clinically appropriate.
Where can I find reliable ADHD information?
Our Resources page links to NHS information for adults, young people and families, plus NICE assessment and treatment guidance.
