Medication titration package
£800 · Up to 12 weeks
Five scheduled clinical appointments, up to five prescriptions where clinically appropriate, and routine monitoring during the 12-week package. Routine monitoring includes review of requested readings and brief treatment updates. Prescription writing within these inclusions has no separate fee. Medication costs are paid separately to the pharmacy. Titration is a separate, optional service following assessment of suitability.
Your five appointments
- First titration and medication initiation appointment: 45 minutes.
- Three titration follow-up appointments: 15 minutes each.
- End-of-titration review and ongoing care plan: 30 minutes. We review treatment response, side effects, monitoring, ongoing care and costs, and shared care where appropriate.
The 12-week package starts on the date of your first titration appointment. Please provide requested readings and health information beforehand. Prescribing depends on your clinician reviewing the required information and confirming that treatment is appropriate.
The final review does not automatically mean discharge or transfer to your GP. If further titration is needed, we discuss the next steps and any additional charges before you agree. Shared care requires your GP’s agreement.
The package includes review of requested monitoring readings, routine progress updates and brief questions about your agreed treatment plan during the 12-week period. It does not include unlimited consultations, continuous monitoring or immediate clinician access. If a concern requires a fuller assessment or additional appointment, we explain the next step and any additional fee before you agree. Clinical concerns are assessed and escalated according to their urgency.
Additional titration review
£150 per appointment
For further titration reviews beyond the package. Includes one prescription if clinically appropriate following that review; medication costs remain separate. Additional appointments and prescriptions outside that review are not included.
We explain the need and cost before you agree. Reaching week 12 does not automatically trigger an extra charge.
Assessment plus the titration package: £1,650 for adults or £1,750 for young people, if you choose to proceed and medication is clinically appropriate. These totals exclude pharmacy medication costs, external examinations, investigations and specialist consultations, additional paid reviews and ongoing care.
Why might titration take longer than 12 weeks?
Some people need slower dose changes, a medication change because of side effects or response, additional physical-health checks, or closer monitoring of coexisting conditions. Treatment interruptions or medicine shortages may also extend the process.
Your clinician explains the next steps and any extra charges before further paid reviews are agreed. Completing titration or reaching a stable dose within 12 weeks is not guaranteed. Ongoing care after titration is arranged separately; see the ongoing-care fees below. Monitoring reflects your clinical needs.
Further records or assessment may be needed before a conclusion is reached. We explain any additional paid appointment before you agree.
Prescription corrections and shortage-related replacements
We correct prescription errors made by ADHDinSYNC without charge. These corrections do not count towards your package’s five-prescription allowance.
During your titration package, we also provide necessary replacement prescription writing without charge where your clinician confirms that the prescribed medicine cannot reasonably be obtained because of a supply shortage. This does not count towards the five-prescription allowance.
Before issuing a replacement, we may require confirmation from the pharmacy and must establish whether the original prescription has been dispensed, partly dispensed or remains unused. We explain any cancellation or return arrangements needed to prevent duplicate supply.
This provision covers necessary prescription rewriting. It does not provide additional medication supplies, patient-requested changes of pharmacy or brand for convenience, or replacement of lost, damaged or expired prescriptions. We consider those requests individually and explain any applicable charge before you agree.
If a shortage requires a different medicine or a change to your treatment plan, your clinician first assesses what is appropriate. Any additional consultation outside your package is explained and priced before you agree. Pharmacy medication and delivery costs remain separate.
Prescriptions beyond your package allowance
Beyond the five included prescriptions, a further separate prescription costs £50 where your clinician considers it safe and appropriate to issue without an appointment. If an additional titration review is needed, the £150 review fee includes one prescription where clinically appropriate; there is no additional £50 fee for that prescription. Approved free corrections and shortage-related replacements do not count towards the five-prescription allowance. We explain and agree any additional charge before providing the service. Payment does not guarantee prescribing.

Full medication review — £200 · 30 minutes
A comprehensive review of treatment benefits, side effects, daily functioning, relevant physical and mental health, monitoring and the ongoing care plan. Used for planned comprehensive reviews, including the annual medication review, or when a broader reassessment is needed.
Focused additional medication review — £150 · 20 minutes
An additional appointment addressing a specific treatment issue where your clinician considers a focused review sufficient. It does not replace a comprehensive review when one is due or clinically needed.
Your clinician recommends the review according to your needs. We explain its purpose and fee before booking. One prescription is included where clinically appropriate; pharmacy medication costs are separate. Care already included in your titration package is not charged again.
If an unexpected concern requires further assessment, we explain the next steps and agree any additional paid appointment. We do not automatically upgrade your appointment or add an undisclosed charge.
Review frequency and monitoring reflect your clinical needs. These services are separate from the initial titration package. We explain additional appointments and charges before you agree.
There is no separate fee for the initial review of an existing UK ADHD diagnostic report and supporting records. Any further assessment and costs are explained before you decide.
Diagnosed outside the UK?
Please contact us before booking. We review overseas ADHD diagnoses individually, including the report, supporting information and your current clinical needs. Reassessment is requested where needed; it is not automatic solely because your diagnosis was made outside the UK. We explain any further assessment and its cost before you decide. Acceptance for care or prescribing is not guaranteed.
Before starting medication
Baseline health assessment includes cardiovascular assessment. Additional examinations, investigations such as an ECG, or specialist referrals are requested only when clinically indicated—not routinely for everyone.
If further checks are needed, we explain why and provide an appropriate written request or referral. You arrange the external appointment and provide the findings for our clinician to review. External provider charges are not included in our fees and are paid separately by you. GP availability and NHS funding cannot be guaranteed.
We review your health information, current medicines and any relevant specialist care before deciding whether titration is suitable. We may need records, investigations or advice from your existing care team before treatment can start.

Maria checks incoming messages Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Messages are not monitored continuously. Maria handles administrative queries and reviews clinical concerns according to urgency. We cannot guarantee a same-day clinical reply. Any automated confirmation acknowledges submission or receipt only; it does not mean a clinician has reviewed your message. Our website enquiry form displays an on-screen confirmation and does not send a separate acknowledgement email.
Your titration package includes requested monitoring updates and brief questions about your agreed treatment plan. It does not include unlimited consultations or immediate clinician access. If you need an additional consultation outside the package, we explain the fee before you agree. Please keep routine questions about the same issue in one message thread, and tell us about new or worsening symptoms.
Clinical cover is currently unavailable. If your treating clinician is unavailable, we explain the contact arrangements and next steps for your care. Any future alternative clinician must be appropriately qualified and have authorised, secure access to sufficient relevant clinical information before providing advice or prescribing. An appointment or prescription with another clinician cannot be guaranteed. We explain any temporary changes affecting your care. Please do not rely on email or wait for a reply if you need urgent medical help; use your local urgent or emergency healthcare service.
Preparing for your medication appointment
We explain which records, monitoring readings and health information are needed before your 45-minute medication appointment, and check readiness beforehand. Please tell us promptly if you cannot provide something so that we can help or discuss rearrangement.
If required information is missing, we contact you and rearrange early where necessary. If the appointment goes ahead, your clinician may use it to review available information and agree next steps, but prescribing may be deferred until the necessary safety checks are complete.
Any charge for care delivered or late rearrangement is considered under the appointment and cancellation terms disclosed before booking, taking your circumstances and reasonable adjustments into account. Missing preparation does not automatically forfeit the £800 package. We explain any effect on your remaining appointments and any further paid appointment before you agree, without charging twice for the same care or loss.
There is no patient charge for rearrangement caused by ADHDinSYNC’s own error or delay. We preserve your remaining package care and explain the revised arrangements.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange without an appointment cancellation charge. With 24 to under 48 hours’ notice, a charge of up to 50% of the appointment value may apply; with under 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment, up to 100% may apply. Charges are limited to the loss incurred and are not automatic penalties.
If package care ends early, we refund unused care after fair deductions for completed care and any applicable cancellation charge. Unused care is not automatically forfeited at week 12. We consider emergencies and disability-related difficulties individually.
To cancel, email info@adhdinsync.co.uk or telephone 07872 078760. Email notice counts when it reaches our inbox, including outside opening hours. If you cannot reach us by telephone, please email to record your notice.
Package values for refunds and cancellations
- Initial 45-minute appointment: £300.
- Three 15-minute follow-ups: £100 each.
- Final 30-minute review: £200.
These values total £800 and are used to calculate deductions for completed package appointments and maximum appointment cancellation charges. They are not standalone appointment prices. Cancellation charges remain limited to the loss incurred. Routine included monitoring and prescription writing have no separate early-stop deduction.

Shared Care
Before titration starts, we discuss future prescribing, monitoring and costs. We proceed only when medication is clinically appropriate and either your GP has agreed in principle to shared care once you are stable, or you understand and agree to the costs of continuing privately.
Shared care depends on your GP’s agreement and may change. If it is declined or withdrawn, we can discuss continued private prescribing and monitoring where clinically appropriate. You may ask another GP about shared care, but acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
