Tell us briefly how we can help. You can ask a question, request an assessment or ask about appointment availability. Our team reviews your enquiry and contacts you about the next steps.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment or commit you to payment.
Please leave medical reports, identity documents and detailed health information out of this form. We will explain how to provide clinical information through the appropriate process if needed.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and arrange the next steps. Read our Privacy Notice.

When we check messages — full details
Maria checks incoming messages Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays, and reviews administrative and clinical queries. Messages are not monitored continuously, and a same-day clinical reply is not guaranteed. The on-screen enquiry confirmation confirms submission only; it does not mean a clinician has reviewed your message.
Existing patients should follow their agreed contact arrangements. Please do not wait for an email reply if you need urgent medical help.
Already a patient or diagnosed elsewhere?
If you already receive care from ADHDinSYNC, follow the contact arrangements agreed with your clinician for clinical questions. Do not use this general enquiry form for urgent clinical requests.
If another provider diagnosed your ADHD, send a brief enquiry first. Initial document review has no separate fee. We explain what records are needed and how to provide them securely before deciding the appropriate next step.
Urgent help: ADHDinSYNC is not an emergency or crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E.
