More about your booking

Choose a topic to read the details. Please read the sections relevant to your care before agreeing to a booking. You can ask us to explain anything.

Who provides your care?

ADHDINSYNC LIMITED, company number 16411219, provides virtual ADHD assessment and care for people aged 7–65. Contact info@adhdinsync.co.uk or telephone 07872 078760.

Registered office: 16 Chantry Crescent, Stanford-le-Hope, England, SS17 0DN. Registered in England and Wales.

Registered office only—no patient appointments at this address. Appointments are 100% virtual.

Before you book

We discuss the service you need, suitability, fees and appointment arrangements before confirming a booking. An enquiry or payment alone does not guarantee acceptance for treatment, a diagnosis, a prescription or a shared-care agreement.

Tell us about existing health conditions, medication and specialist or mental health team involvement. We explain how to provide records securely and seek relevant specialist information or advice, with consent where required. Please do not send detailed clinical records through the general enquiry form.

Read how we consider your whole health and work with your care team.

Diagnosed outside the UK?

Please contact us before booking. We review overseas ADHD diagnoses individually, including the report, supporting information and your current clinical needs. Reassessment is requested where needed; it is not automatic solely because your diagnosis was made outside the UK. We explain any further assessment and its cost before you decide. Acceptance for care or prescribing is not guaranteed.

Payment and booking confirmation

Your invoice and bank transfer

Payment is by bank transfer to the business account held in ADHDinSYNC Limited’s name.

We provide bank details privately on your invoice, together with the amount due, payment deadline and a unique payment reference.

Do not put medical details in the bank transfer reference.

Your booking confirmation

We verify receipt of payment in our business account.

A transfer screenshot is not confirmation that funds have arrived.

We confirm your booking in writing once the agreed payment and appointment arrangements have been verified.

Contact us if you cannot meet the invoice deadline; we explain any effect on your proposed booking before releasing the appointment.

Assessment and treatment separately

Assessment and titration are separate services.

You do not need to pay for titration to obtain an assessment.

We establish suitability and explain treatment costs before requesting titration payment.

No recurring payment or automatic subscription is created by a bank transfer.

When payment is due

Full payment for the service you are booking is due within 48 calendar hours of our written booking offer and before we confirm the appointment.

Assessment and titration are invoiced separately.

For a short-notice appointment, we agree a specific payment deadline in writing.

If payment is not received by the stated deadline, we contact you and explain whether the proposed slot will be released.

Your ADHD assessment

Adults aged 18–65: £850. Young people aged 7–17: £950. The fee includes the clinical assessment, a written report and discussion of findings and next steps. The fee applies whether or not ADHD is diagnosed.

We discuss findings during the assessment where sufficient information is available. Sometimes we need further records, supporting information or additional assessment before reaching a conclusion. We explain what is outstanding and agree the next steps. We explain the purpose and price of any additional paid appointment before you agree; no additional fee is assumed simply because a conclusion cannot be reached at the first appointment.

For young people, parent or carer involvement, consent and confidentiality take account of age, understanding and individual circumstances.

Your £800 titration package

The package runs for up to 12 weeks from your first titration appointment. It includes a initiation appointment, three follow-ups, a end-of-titration review and ongoing care plan, up to five prescriptions where appropriate, and routine review of requested monitoring readings and brief treatment updates. Pharmacy medication costs are separate.

Please provide requested measurements and health information before appointments. We cannot prescribe until the clinician has reviewed sufficient information and considers prescribing appropriate. A normal reading or a previous diagnosis alone does not establish suitability.

The package includes review of requested monitoring readings, routine progress updates and brief questions about your agreed treatment plan during the 12-week period. It does not include unlimited consultations, continuous monitoring or immediate clinician access. If a concern requires a fuller assessment or additional appointment, we explain the next step and any additional fee before you agree. Clinical concerns are assessed and escalated according to their urgency. Treatment may require slower dose changes, a different medication, additional investigations or further reviews. Reaching a stable dose within 12 weeks is not guaranteed. Extra titration reviews outside the package cost £150 each, including one prescription where appropriate. We explain further appointments and charges before you agree.

The final review is not automatic discharge or transfer to your GP. Shared care requires your GP’s agreement. We discuss ongoing private-care options and costs if shared care is not available.

Prescription corrections and shortage-related replacements

We correct prescription errors made by ADHDinSYNC without charge. These corrections do not count towards your package’s five-prescription allowance.

During your titration package, we also provide necessary replacement prescription writing without charge where your clinician confirms that the prescribed medicine cannot reasonably be obtained because of a supply shortage. This does not count towards the five-prescription allowance.

Before issuing a replacement, we may require confirmation from the pharmacy and must establish whether the original prescription has been dispensed, partly dispensed or remains unused. We explain any cancellation or return arrangements needed to prevent duplicate supply.

This provision covers necessary prescription rewriting. It does not provide additional medication supplies, patient-requested changes of pharmacy or brand for convenience, or replacement of lost, damaged or expired prescriptions. We consider those requests individually and explain any applicable charge before you agree.

If a shortage requires a different medicine or a change to your treatment plan, your clinician first assesses what is appropriate. Any additional consultation outside your package is explained and priced before you agree. Pharmacy medication and delivery costs remain separate.

Prescriptions beyond your package allowance

Beyond the five included prescriptions, a further separate prescription costs £50 where your clinician considers it safe and appropriate to issue without an appointment. If an additional titration review is needed, the £150 review fee includes one prescription where clinically appropriate; there is no additional £50 fee for that prescription. Approved free corrections and shortage-related replacements do not count towards the five-prescription allowance. We explain and agree any additional charge before providing the service. Payment does not guarantee prescribing.

External health checks and specialist advice

Before medication starts, baseline health assessment includes cardiovascular assessment. Additional examinations, investigations such as an ECG, or specialist referrals are requested only when clinically indicated—not routinely for everyone.

If further checks are needed, we explain why and provide an appropriate written request or referral. You arrange the external appointment and provide the resulting report or findings for our clinician to review. External examinations, investigations and specialist consultations are not included in ADHDinSYNC fees. If an external provider charges, you pay that provider separately. GP availability and NHS funding cannot be guaranteed. Medication cannot start until sufficient information has been reviewed and prescribing is considered appropriate.

Maria checks incoming messages Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Messages are not monitored continuously. Maria handles administrative queries and reviews clinical concerns according to urgency. We cannot guarantee a same-day clinical reply. Any automated confirmation acknowledges submission or receipt only; it does not mean a clinician has reviewed your message. Our website enquiry form displays an on-screen confirmation and does not send a separate acknowledgement email.

Your titration package includes requested monitoring updates and brief questions about your agreed treatment plan. It does not include unlimited consultations or immediate clinician access. If you need an additional consultation outside the package, we explain the fee before you agree. Please keep routine questions about the same issue in one message thread, and tell us about new or worsening symptoms.

Clinical cover is currently unavailable. If your treating clinician is unavailable, we explain the contact arrangements and next steps for your care. Any future alternative clinician must be appropriately qualified and have authorised, secure access to sufficient relevant clinical information before providing advice or prescribing. An appointment or prescription with another clinician cannot be guaranteed. We explain any temporary changes affecting your care. Please do not rely on email or wait for a reply if you need urgent medical help; use your local urgent or emergency healthcare service.

Preparing for your medication appointment

What to prepare

We explain which records, monitoring readings and health information are needed before your medication appointment, and check readiness beforehand.

Please tell us promptly if you cannot provide something so that we can help or discuss rearrangement.

If something is missing

If required information is missing, we contact you and rearrange early where necessary.

If the appointment goes ahead, your clinician may use it to review available information and agree next steps, but prescribing may be deferred until the necessary safety checks are complete.

How any charges are considered

Any charge for care delivered or late rearrangement is considered under the appointment and cancellation terms disclosed before booking, taking your circumstances and reasonable adjustments into account.

Missing preparation does not automatically forfeit the £800 package.

We explain any effect on your remaining appointments and any further paid appointment before you agree, without charging twice for the same care or loss.

If we cause a rearrangement

There is no patient charge for rearrangement caused by ADHDinSYNC’s own error or delay.

We preserve your remaining package care and explain the revised arrangements.

Joining your appointment and arriving late

Please aim to join your video appointment a little early, in a private, suitable place with a working connection. Contact us promptly if you are delayed or have technical difficulty.

If you arrive late, your clinician decides whether enough time remains for a safe and useful appointment. The scheduled finish time normally remains unchanged. If rearrangement is needed, we explain any charge under the cancellation policy, taking account of the circumstances, reasonable adjustments and the loss incurred. You are not charged for rearrangement caused by ADHDinSYNC’s delay or technical failure.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

To cancel or rearrange, email info@adhdinsync.co.uk or telephone 07872 078760. Please give your name and appointment date and time. Email cancellation notice counts from the time it reaches our inbox, including outside opening hours. If you cannot reach us by telephone, please email to record your notice. Notice is measured in calendar hours before the appointment, using UK local time. For example, a Monday 10am appointment requires notice by Saturday 10am to meet 48 hours.

If you cancel or rearrange an appointment

  • At least 48 hours’ notice: no appointment cancellation or rearrangement charge. If you cancel care entirely, prepaid care not delivered is refunded, subject to the package refund calculation below.
  • 24 to under 48 hours’ notice: a charge of up to 50% of the appointment’s value disclosed before booking, limited to the loss incurred.
  • Under 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment: a charge of up to 100% of the appointment’s value disclosed before booking, limited to the loss incurred.

These are maximum charges, not automatic penalties. We take reasonable steps to fill the appointment and reduce our loss. If the slot is filled, we reduce or waive the charge to reflect the loss avoided. We do not charge twice for the same loss.

Please contact us if an emergency or disability-related difficulty affects attendance. We consider the circumstances individually, including reasonable adjustments, and explain any charge.

If treatment stops early or care remains unused

If your titration package ends early, we refund its unused part after deducting a fair, previously disclosed amount for care actually delivered and any applicable cancellation charge. We provide an itemised calculation. Completed package care is not retrospectively repriced at higher standalone rates.

We do not automatically retain the whole package fee because medication is unsuitable or treatment stops. An unused part of the package is not automatically forfeited solely because 12 weeks have passed; we explain remaining care, any agreed extension and the refund calculation. If your clinician directs a treatment pause, we preserve unused package care and extend the package by the agreed pause without an extension fee. Other interruptions are discussed individually and any revised arrangements and charges are agreed in writing.

Package values for refunds and cancellations

  • Initial appointment: £300.
  • Three follow-ups: £100 each.
  • Final review: £200.

These values total £800 and are used to calculate deductions for completed package appointments and maximum appointment cancellation charges. They are not standalone appointment prices. Cancellation charges remain limited to the loss incurred. Routine included monitoring and prescription writing have no separate early-stop deduction.

The £800 is a single package price. Before payment, your written booking terms set out the amounts used to calculate any refund or missed-appointment charge, with a clear explanation. We provide an itemised calculation if you cancel. Routine package monitoring and included prescription writing do not attract a separate early-stop deduction. A missed appointment is not charged against the whole £800 package, and no deduction is made twice for the same care or loss.

Payments made to a pharmacy for medication are separate. Any pharmacy refund is subject to its policy and your applicable legal rights.

If ADHDinSYNC cancels or causes a delay

If we cancel an appointment, you can choose rearrangement without charge or a refund for the affected care not delivered. It does not count as a used package appointment.

If we cause a delay, we preserve your remaining package appointments and extend the package by the clinic-caused delay without an extension fee. We discuss arrangements for safe treatment continuity. If you prefer to end the package, we explain and refund the unused care rather than requiring you to accept an extension.

Receiving a refund

Our service commitment is to issue an agreed refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of agreeing the amount. This does not extend any shorter deadline required by law or limit your statutory rights. If you disagree with a calculation, contact us for an explanation and information about our complaints process.

Ongoing care and other charges

Full medication review: £200. Focused additional medication review: £150. Separate repeat prescription without an appointment: £50, where clinically appropriate. One prescription is included in a paid review when appropriate; the same prescription does not also attract a separate fee. Pharmacy charges are separate.

Full medication review — £200

A comprehensive review of treatment benefits, side effects, daily functioning, relevant physical and mental health, monitoring and the ongoing care plan. Used for planned comprehensive reviews, including the annual medication review, or when a broader reassessment is needed.

Focused additional medication review — £150

An additional appointment addressing a specific treatment issue where your clinician considers a focused review sufficient. It does not replace a comprehensive review when one is due or clinically needed.

Your clinician recommends the review according to your needs. We explain its purpose and fee before booking. One prescription is included where clinically appropriate; pharmacy medication costs are separate. Care already included in your titration package is not charged again.

If an unexpected concern requires further assessment, we explain the next steps and agree any additional paid appointment. We do not automatically upgrade your appointment or add an undisclosed charge.

Review frequency and monitoring reflect your clinical needs and any agreed shared-care arrangements. Ongoing care is separate from the initial titration package.

Concerns and complaints

If you have a concern or complaint, email info@adhdinsync.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject, or telephone 07872 078760 if you need help putting it in writing. You can raise a formal complaint directly. Complaining will not prejudice your care.

We acknowledge your complaint within three working days of receipt. We clarify your concerns, explain how it will be investigated and aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days of receipt. If more time is needed, we explain why, provide an updated response date and keep you informed. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We give a written outcome and explain the review or escalation routes actually available for your circumstances.

Read our full Complaints and Feedback policy, including independent specialist review.

Important information

We discuss any changes needed for safe care. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit your statutory rights. They do not replace individual clinical advice.
